If there is one thing I've learned, is that you should never dismiss a beginner Yin Yoga practice because you might learn something or get a tip you never realized. Case in point, I always thought that when you did caterpillar either you had to place your hands on your knees, shins or toes. I didn't know I could use the strap and I experienced a much more immense stretch on the back of my legs. I never felt this much range. This is my way going forward to do caterpillar and I love it! HALLELUJAH Yippeee a Live Yin Yoga class without Dragon! (Haha) I know it's usually part of the session but I'm so tired today it was a treat (for me) not to have to do it. I understand its importance but sometimes it's sweet not having to do it at all (lol). ย It allows me to concentrate on other poses. Thank you once again for always reminding me of different variations. It's always helpful in my practice.
