I needed the blocks to do fish pose and I was most comfortable using butterfly for my legs. Can't believe the entire foundations course is over but wildly excited about the 40 minutes choose your own poses. Thank you Devi Daly!๐Ÿ˜Ž

I always use my bolster when I do half saddle and agree with Diane, ย I'll never feel fully comfortable doing full saddle. All your explanations were helpful. Keep em' coming.........๐Ÿ’š

I always get a great stretch with twisted roots, especially when I put one leg over the other. I've always been a fan of sphinx. Love doing seal too. It doesn't make a difference. I started to feel like a ย pretzel. It all felt so good.........๐ŸŒย

Keep those tips coming. Loving the helpful hints..... I also agree with Devi, it should be called half caterpillar and not half butterfly. Enjoy them all.ย ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Loved the shoelace and happy baby most of all. This session was great! All the tips and variations of poses had me trying different ways to incorporate this into my practice. Terrific options ย but not so much tadpole...............๐Ÿ˜€

I power walk early in the morning for one hour, and then come home and do a Yin Yoga practice. Could you please tell me should I be stretching after that and then go into Yin, ย or go directly into Yin Yoga?
