Happy holidays from Tucson, Arizona, where I’m spending time with family. My 82-yo mothers wish was to have my sister Diana and I sing her a song. We chose a beautiful solstice song called “Evening Rise, Spirit Come.” Here’s the video. Blessings to you all for a peaceful and joyful season. ✨💛
✨ As the holiday season arrives, what would you love to receive more of? Rest, space, connection, something else?

What’s one intention for the new year that you’re beginning to shape in these last weeks of December?
Greetings Yogis!
Holiday season is here.
The solstice is coming.
How are you adjusting your self-care routine during this time of year? 💫
I am a tad frustrated with myself today. I so wish I could relax on my back hugging my knees. Why are my arms and legs too short, and fat (there, I've even said the 'f' word!) to clasp my hands around my knees? Yep, I'm body-shaming myself today. Anyone else have days like this?
Strength work with dumbbells!! I don’t like to do these exercises as I would much rather do Yin Yoga and Road Cycle but needs must as a women in her early 60’s. Does anybody recommend anybody to follow on YouTube and as brilliant doing strength work at Devi is doing Yin Yoga?? Thanks
I just started the 30 day yin challenge. Today is day 3. I find myself looking forward to these 30 minute sessions are manageable and really help me stay grounded.
Anyone want to join me? We can help support each other being consistent.
Ann
Hi Devi/all - I'd love to keep a streak going, but I'm not sure if the site/app counts a practice that isn't on the calendar. Does a practice only "count" if it's the practice for the day on the calendar? Thx!

Hola members ✈️🌼💀 I'm back from Mexico where we had an incredible time adventuring around the country and celebrating Día de los Muertos in the heart of Mexico City.
Tomorrow, join me for a live yin class on Zoom, which is on the second Tuesday of the month since I was away last week. It'll be a 40m yin practice followed by a 10m meditation and member check-in.
View the live class details in your time zone on the Catalog/Browse tab. The recording will be available there after the class ends, so you can watch whenever it's convenient for you.
