I’m here for the Yoga.

I put the statement in quotes for a reason: it's actually not something I tend to say, because the whole body and all its parts can play a role in emotional processing – not just the hips. However I've noticed many other yin yoga teachers saying this about the hips, so I'm curious whether it's true for most people and how it manifests.

Toni Vandyke Great job keeping up! I was six years younger when I made this video. It's an older one. I have trouble keeping up with it myself, now!

Melanie Yes, yin yoga is inherently soothing for the nervous system! So glad you enjoyed this practice.

Catherine Graham Congratulations on your 30 day badge! It’s fine to do the same video for as long as you’re still feeling the benefit, and the repetition can even serve as a signal for your body to relax into the familiarity.
