Noted! The Chair Yoga Deck is best used on a non-mobile environment 😆👍 But I’m glad to hear your friend will enjoy it.

Nice seeing you there, Bob! Glad to hear the update about your saddle pose adventures. My birthday is right around the corner, so I’m catching up to you!😜🌿

martine De Kerpel I haven't heard about this problem from others, so maybe it's your internet?

Anita Taj Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely add this to the idea list 🙏❤️

Hi Blanca, lovely to hear from you 💛

What a beautiful thing to be noticing in yourself. This is a topic that touches on Taoist philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda.

A few resources if you want to explore some reading:

• The Tao Te Ching (Lao Tzu) — the original source for yin/yang philosophy

• Books by Sarah Powers and Bernie Clark. They both teach Yin yoga and weave in the energetic side beautifully

• Anything on Taoist philosophy

Trust the natural cycles of action and rest that you’re already noticing in your own body and energy.

Best to you in Belgium 🌿

I disliked puppy pose for years because I was hyper-focused on melting my heart down, and this never felt great it my shoulders. Lately I've begun "pulling back" instead, which gives me a broad fascia stretch throughout my upper body. Loving the subtle but meaningful shift!

Is there any one yoga pose that's been particularly satisfying or revealing for you recently?

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with half frog last time. Sometimes a certain pose just doesn't agree with us! It's great that you felt comfortable modifying with half butterfly – it's a perfect substitute since they stretch the same target area.
