Devi I did this practice today to check if I could use it on a flight next Sunday. It seems doable with modifications, if I donโ€™t want to hit other passengers.

If you ever consider doing a seated airplane yoga I think it would be great. Maybe about 10 min , perhaps without noisy breathing . ๐Ÿ’•

What a beautiful way to stretch a stiff morning body. The 6 6 breathing really helped me relax into the poses.๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ’•
