This is a soft stretching and relaxing practice. I loved doing the spinal movement on my back with one bent leg at a time from side to side. Ending with breath work and om chanting always makes me smile 😊

I appreciate longer practices; but unfortunately I can be sensitive to sounds and today the music was too much like I was surrounded by bees.
I am grateful we have a good choice of practices so after 10 minutes I gave up and did the lovely Somatic Yoga to Soften the Spine. 💕
