The upside down shoelace made me able to stretch the outside of my left hip like never before πŸ˜ŠπŸ™

Blanket because it’s so versatile: you can lie on it, cover up yourself, roll it into a bolster, fold it into a cushionβ€¦πŸ’•

I had my bolster near by today and really enjoyed being able to relax into the saddle pose. In fishpose I used my hands as props, then I felt uncomfortable with the weight of my head hanging loose and put a block under for head support 🀩

I love this course and am excited for tomorrow πŸ’•
