I didn't' think it would be enough time for me to do a proper stretch, (considering I felt like a slug today,) but it proved to be just the right amount of time I needed to get me going today. As always, thank you Devi Daly🙏

I just finished the Foundations series (Loved it!) and would like to know when you're showing the split screen and we're doing both sides for 2 minutes, when I get to the other side to I have to use that pose or can I do a different one? Thank you

What a fantastic way to pull it all together and have it come full circle to end this series. I LOVED the split screen and felt like a kid in a candy store! So much fun. Options, poses, variations, it was all fabulous. Would love to see more like this. This goes right into favorites. What a great surprise. Thank you Devi Daly........👏👏👏👏
