I thought I was past restorative and wouldn't get the benefit but boy was I proven wrong! This class was so relaxing and truly one of the best restorative practices I've ever done. This not only goes into favorites but this should be mandatory to all who enter your classes Devi. This class encompassed everything I needed today. Thank you.........👏

Coming to you from hot sunny Florida. Thank you Devi for always keeping me grounded and making me feel calm and peaceful. Love how my body feels. So refreshing. Takes away all the stiffness too.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed the practice using the bolster. I do have to say,  I'm not a big fan of the tadpole (wasn't quite sure how to get comfortable), but my body felt so wonderful responding to all the other poses I'm putting it into my favorites. ..... Ty Devi Daly 🙏

I keep coming back to this  particular one Day #9/ Yin Extravaganza. It's without question one of my favorites! It makes me not even mind DRAGON!!!!! I love the different archetypes to complete each pose. I thoroughly enjoy playing around with different ways to do each pose and do it frequently. My wish is that more people would agree with me and would request you to create this and use this more often in all of your sessions.......🙏
