I used my bolster as It's my preferred way of doing Savasana, but I loved the suggestion of doing swan pose ย opposed to DRAGON. I never knew I could do that and appreciated the tip. Also, I never understood why you bent your legs ( when you do spinal twist) but always offered twisted roots. I always thought I'd get a better stretch with twisted roots but having my legs bent gave me an even more intense stretch. And another goes into favorites.โค๏ธ๐
