Good question! If one side of your body prefers a different pose than the other, you can absolutely give your body what it wants.

So great to see your face here, Jill ❤️.  I look forward to finalizing your YYTT completion, and I'm so happy you're here.

How good to hear your yoga story, Susan. I’m so glad to hear that the practice has offered relief after your injury. It’s also wonderful to connect with a seasoned yogi in our community. ❤️

Cat's tail is more advanced, but it definitely fits in this archetype. It's great you're weaving your favorites into this format. That's exactly how it's supposed to work!

Thanks for this question, Agota. The PDF is a simplified version of the system being presented here. There are seven archetypes in total: five of them are the "yin" archetypes, and two are the "yang" archetypes. The PDF covers only the 5 yin archetypes. It's explained on days 3 and 8 of this series, which explore the two yang archetypes in detail.

Egad thanks for catching that, Bob!

This is a great photo, Chelsea — and I’m so very sorry for the loss of your sweet golden. May your practice continue to support you through the waves of grief and renewal. ❤️❤️

If your hips come up, it turns it into a deeper backbend. If it feels good, this is fine. But if it doesn’t feel good, it may be a sign more prop support is needed.
