That's a wonderful way to do reclined butterfly. If you have a bolster, use it in whatever ways your body loves. I don't often teach with a bolster only because most people don't have one at home. Also, about crossing your feet – that's totally fine, especially if it makes your hips happier.

This month I’m focusing on staying grounded by weaving meditation back into my yoga. I have a big to-do list, and my practice helps me be more steady, efficient, and connected to my purpose work. 🫶
