🌿Schedule change to upcoming live sessions: 

To accommodate some travel, Yin Hour will be held on the second Tuesday of the month in October and November instead of the first. Please mark your calendar for October 14 and November 11.

We'll meet on Zoom as before – it was such a joy seeing you all practicing from your own spaces last time. I especially loved the member chat afterwards, which was so connecting. 💕🌈

New in the App: Streaks & Badges!

I’m excited to share two new features we’re trying out in the app:

📅 Streaks – Your practice days are now automatically tracked in the Calendar tab. You’ll be able to see how many days in a row you’ve shown up for yourself.

🏅 Badges – These fun, motivational awards appear when you hit milestones:

  • 15-Day Master of Consistency

  • 30-Day Luminous Leader

Let’s set a collective goal to begin our best streak yet starting October 1st. Whether it’s 3 days or 30 days, every streak is a celebration of your practice.

It’s been a while since I made a longer Yin video since I’ve been hard at work creating enough 20-30 min sessions for all you daily practitioners. But if you’re one of my diehard yinsters who’ve been asking for a longer session, here’s a new 60 min class to deliver you into bliss and spaciousness — with luxurious pose holds, an on-screen timer, and optional props for deeper support. This all-levels practice has options for beginners and experienced yogis. I really hope you enjoy it!
