I’m so excited to introduce this new space - just for members of Devi Daly Yoga!

You’ll find it as a dedicated tab inside the app and the web-based membership. It’s our private corner of the yoga world where we can connect, share insights, ask questions, and be in conversation with each other.

This space is something special because it’s not public - it’s just for us. A place to feel supported, inspired, and part of a community that values deep practice and authentic connection.

No, it does not matter. Because of natural skeletal variation, some people’s lumbar curve is more pronounced than others. You may remember this from YYTT!

You're absolutely right, you are encouraged to swap out poses that are in the same family, which can often help you to get a satisfying stretch without triggering pain or discomfort.
