I LOVED the extensive practice. It hit all the right places and I felt it in every part of my body. What a delicious workout. Keep em' comin' Devi. We all appreciate how wonderful you make us feel GRACI' 💕

 I got more out of the class than I thought I would. It worked wonders activating my stress  hormones and  I felt myself healing. Only wish these classes could be a bit longer.

#3 was great healing and for renewing my spirit. Always hoping it was a longer practice but love this time. Great for my mental being and starting my day. 💕

#2 was great for my nervous system, muscles and joints. Wish it was 15-20 minutes longer but thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks Devi ♥️

Besides not being a fan of Dragon (I didn't quite get the ankle and soul thing.) It wasn't lost on me that you mentioned that there are ppl that can't imagine doing a 5 minute Dragon pose! LOL but,  I'm refreshed and ready to start my day. Thank you for always keeping us entertained while working towards making better life choices. I love our time............. TY ♥️

As I'm sure you're aware by now Dragon is my least favorite position, but the sequencing was so perfect, and I'm finding it a little easier each time. So I persevere ..... The back drop was beyond words. Thank you Devi Daly😎
