Ketel here from Delray Beach Florida! Loved exploring all the different poses and variations and particularly enjoyed stretching my entire body as I needed it badly today. HALF BUTTERFLY was a favorite especially doing the various explorations in a bit of a different way. I know I've said this before and will say it again, I'm not a fan of DRAGON but I'm sure you get that from enough people that feel that way (Just felt the need to say it again lol). I've been enjoying your classes for years  and look forward to them so please keep them coming..........They bring me so much joy.🙏

I'm wishing as we go forward that all classes have various positions to choose from. I love having the options and seeing them up on the screen. Just loving all the choices! Thank you Miss Daly........🙏

I keep coming back for more and more! I love this session and love all the choices and variations.  I change up the poses too. The split screen is always so helpful.  Please incorporate this into more Yin Yoga practices..........👏👏👏👏

I thought I was past restorative and wouldn't get the benefit but boy was I proven wrong! This class was so relaxing and truly one of the best restorative practices I've ever done. This not only goes into favorites but this should be mandatory to all who enter your classes Devi. This class encompassed everything I needed today. Thank you.........👏
