That may be compression of your hip joint. It’s normal and not a bad thing. But it can be annoying because there’s nothing to be done about it! Just ease up or find a different angle of your legs if possible.

Hi Jamie, About your neck in Figure four - I'd definitely suggest you try the pose at the wall if you haven't. If your right ankle is over your left knee, you'd place your left foot on the wall. Furniture also works if that's more convenient than a wall. In this variation, your arms can relax, which might help your neck. Let me know if this is helpful at all.

Thanks for the suggestion, Sujata! I’m so glad the fascia release helped your back after the snow clearing. I’ll definitely keep focused sessions like that in mind for future videos.

Good question! If one side of your body prefers a different pose than the other, you can absolutely give your body what it wants.
