I want to share this yogi energy with the people around me! Make them feel the connection between mind and body and give them energy to take care of their worried minds instead of running away.

Thanks for recharging me!!! ❤️🤗

I do twisted roots most (routinely) but I enjoy it when you suggest and build towards another twist like you do with cat tail sometimes

Hi Devi and community,

I hope you are doing well, experiencing a lot of love, peace and happiness ❤️.

I notice that I have moments of strong Yin energy and other moments of strong Yang energy. I notice that depending on my mind focus, physical activity and organisation of my day I feed the Yin or the Yang energy more.

I would love to learn more about this. What are your views on it? And where can I find more theoretical / philosophical / spiritual information on it? I love Thich Nhat Hanh for understanding meditation better btw, but he does not really talk about this topic.

Have a nice day 😊

To avoid your phone on public transport or when hou are waiting for something : have alternative activities . For example take a book with you in your bag or paper sudokus. Have more than 1 activity you can do, so that you don't reach out to your phone out of boredom.

Enjoying a bit of mindful breathing or looking at how beautiful the landscape is or the people around you, is also a very nice activity for when you are 'waiting' on something 🤗

Hi yin yogis,

I like to travel by bus instead of the plane in Europe to lower my carbon footprint. This is THE perfect practice to dissolve the tensions bus travelling can create :)

All the best from Belgium!

Thank you Devi!!

Hi Devi, I hope you are doing well! I've got 2 questions. Dragon is always quite difficult for me to hold and I often naturally move to gecco but feel that gecco stretches other parts. How can I adapt dragon to hold it? I already tried with blocks under my hands on high and low height.

And I was wondering why do some poses feel very emotional? Today, shoelace felt like getting to a pit of buried emotions
