I love dragonfly and especially at the end of a yoga session 😍

To avoid your phone on public transport or when hou are waiting for something : have alternative activities . For example take a book with you in your bag or paper sudokus. Have more than 1 activity you can do, so that you don't reach out to your phone out of boredom.

Enjoying a bit of mindful breathing or looking at how beautiful the landscape is or the people around you, is also a very nice activity for when you are 'waiting' on something πŸ€—

Hi yin yogis,

I like to travel by bus instead of the plane in Europe to lower my carbon footprint. This is THE perfect practice to dissolve the tensions bus travelling can create :)

All the best from Belgium!

Thank you Devi!!

Hi Devi, I hope you are doing well! I've got 2 questions. Dragon is always quite difficult for me to hold and I often naturally move to gecco but feel that gecco stretches other parts. How can I adapt dragon to hold it? I already tried with blocks under my hands on high and low height.

And I was wondering why do some poses feel very emotional? Today, shoelace felt like getting to a pit of buried emotions

Hi everyone, I am Blanca from Belgium. Your yoga videos helped me get out of a burnout and now I am back at work and the yoga helps me keep the yin-yang balance 😊. Thank you so much!!

I do fitness exercices with another app (Madfit) and cycling. When I have time I walk to places instead of taking public transport. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and limiting hyper processed foods and sugar and wheat as much as possible also gives a lot of energy and balance. Thank you for your great classes and app! Its brings me hapiness and balance every day 😊

Seated meditation is fantastic and has really helped me combat negative and overwhelming thoughts. I love to start with a long session of Yin yoga, followed by a seated breathing meditation
