Seated meditation is fantastic and has really helped me combat negative and overwhelming thoughts. I love to start with a long session of Yin yoga, followed by a seated breathing meditation

I do fitness exercices with another app (Madfit) and cycling. When I have time I walk to places instead of taking public transport. Eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and limiting hyper processed foods and sugar and wheat as much as possible also gives a lot of energy and balance. Thank you for your great classes and app! Its brings me hapiness and balance every day š
