Locust - wow! Can't believe how good that felt! So refreshing to give the upper body some love. Thanks Devi!

Beautiful. So mindful. Even in death. Thank you, Devi.

How serendipitous, Bob. It sounds as if you've found your next path. Enjoy!

My upper body particularly enjoyed this one, A lovely way to start my day: calm and spacious. Thank you x

ooooh yeahhh! Manna for the soul. X

Ahhhhhh ... I am okay and all is well. Thank you, Devi.

A perfect way to come into the body and ground before starting work. Thank you, Devi. I am starting to wonder what I would do without these classes. I barely remember that pain I was in last year before I started practising with you. With gratitude and love 🙏❤️

What a beautifully permissive routine. First time I managed a shoelace that looked anything like yours! Understanding, of course, that it's not about how it 'looks' ... But what a difference a cushion makes! Thank you, Devi 🙏

Love love love this, Devi. Chose the easy option in all poses as an exercise in allowing ease. Maybe it doesn't always have to be hard. What if I really could live with this sense of ease ...?
