Like Jamie, I found this so soothing before bed. Had my usual run-in with the seated twist - one day I'll get my elbow to hook around the knee (maybe). Was grateful not to be asked to hold it for too long. Happy with my progress with Reclined Deer today. Quads really starting to release which is new and wonderful. Thank you, Devi.

Love this one. After a year of practice, finally managing Square pose. Keep an open mind, Diane: You may get there yet.

The usual suspects: Saddle: how does anyone do that without lots of props and without grimacing? Caesar: hurts my knees but am building capacity over a long time. Happy Baby used to hurt the insides of my wrists and intermittently still does. Dragon gets nowhere near holding its tail. Anything that involves long limbs and body. Even the benign-sounding Cradle still makes me feel inadequate and panicky.

First chair yoga ever attempted! I am rather attached to my yoga mat. Surprised to find this more challenging than I anticipated - especially the hamstring stretch in a chair - wow! And will I ever be able to hook my elbow the other side of the knee? :-) But this is great to have when the mat isn't available. Thank you, Devi.

Love the shoelace / eagle arms combo. Very efficient when pressed for time. Thanks, Devi.

Definitely a favourite. Waking with pain this morning this was perfect. Love the support of the wall (used a sofa) and the strap. Thank you, Devi.

I have never so enjoyed the support of a wall! This was delicious. Definitely a favourite. Thank you, Devi.

A lovely reset in the middle of the day! Got a question, Devi: In Dragon Fly, should i attempt to keep my toes pointing upwards as you did here, or is it ok to let my feet flop forwards as they naturally want to do?
