Love this one, Devi. I have a question: can I expect to ever be able to get my elbow the other side of my knee in the seated twist at 12.55? Or is just an anatomical limit that's unlikely to change? Would love to feel what that's like!

Commented on How closely do you follow the sequence when you watch a yoga video? Personally, I love when students make a class their own... even I veer off when I'm practicing to a video. Do you ever find yourself doing that? Feel free to share below.

I try to do it by the book, but like Diane, I struggle with some like saddle and also with dragon's tail, so have to improvise. But I would love to build up to these if I can.
