I figured it out though! I can pick another practice and add it to the calendar on the site. Then I go back to the calendar and choose completed and it counts toward the streak!

I love this one! The soothing music was so relaxing, and I find that I love practices that are mostly on the back as I wind down for the evening. Saved this as a favorite & now I'm heading off to bed!

I loved this practice! Your guidance about relaxing the shoulders & neck during figure 4 made such a difference today. Also love neck stretches (who doesn't?) Loved this!

This was a wonderful practice! I didn't go quite as far as you did with a couple of poses (it's morning!) - it was a great way to start the day! Loved the ohms at the end and the placement of the hands.
