Thanks for being willing to share that, Devi. I'm looking to release tension- and it's not necessarily negative! The tension of just living our lives, work, exercise, sitting - feels so good to release the energy that I hold that I may not even be aware of.

I forget how good blocks feel with changing up a pose! I really can't do saddle in any variation, so I'll try your class to see if there's some way it works for me. The other poses were good and it was nice to have the option to use the block(s) or not!

After a somatic practice (esp. in the evening) I feel SO relaxed! I can feel pent-up energy from the day move through me and it leaves me ready to wind down for the evening. Thank you for these practices!

Great practice this a.m.! I use props because I have tight hips (particulary RT). Really helps me to focus on the pose itself, rather than any pain I might experience. Love the options, though. Thanks, Devi!

I also tried the blocks and still felt a great sensation as well!

Like Emma, this was a great morning practice! For me, 20 minutes is a perfect length in the a.m. (My soup is cooking on the stove!) Love the mind/body aspect. Hope to find more!

A lovely practice for the end of my day! As a runner, I love the focus on the hips and lower back - always a tight area for many. Loved the beauty of the location!

My practice space is in my bedroom between the bed and desk! I can pick up & move the laptop between poses. It's workable - enough!
