I also did this before bed and it was a great way to stretch at the end of the day! While I do like longer practices, I will second Sujata's comment - nice to have short(er) practices available too - easier to fit in sometimes!

Can't do cattail...so it's twisted roots and 2-legged. I alternate them.

Who doesn't love neck stretches?! Wonderful sequence. I have limited range of motion/mobility in my shoulders, so the rainbow stretch isn't easy to get into - tonight I just stayed in the spinal twist for extra long - felt good!
