Wonderful practice at the end of the day with the long holds. I really appreciate your reminding us of where we should be feeling the stretch - can make a brief adjustment if I want to deepen there. Thanks!

Perfect for this morning. A good stretch - not too fast or vigorous! ;) Thanks for getting my a.m. started!

Who knew how stiff a person can be in the morning - until we begin to stretch and unwind?! Felt so good - I'm ready to start the day (sitting at a desk, unfortunately!)

Wonderful practice at the end of the day - I dozed off...had to replay the last several minutes! Feeling calm and nurtured now before bed. Thank you, Devi!

I wondered what this routine would be like - and I really enjoyed it! Much more of a workout than I thought it would be! :) Since I'm still captive in at least an office chair (unlike Bob!), I can see doing several of these movements throughout the day. While not as exciting as Guatemala(!), I'm now joining you from the SW in New Mexico (after my LONG journey from MN!)

I liked the longer holds - I could drop down deeper into a pose after a couple of minutes.Felt so good! Thanks as always, Devi!

Thank you for this practice! Shoulders & neck are so overworked &, for me, rarely stretched! Will be coming back to this one!
