Using a bolster & blocks was really what I needed today. I'm much more able to relax into poses without tightening up other parts of the body. Wonderful practice!

Square isn't accessible to me so I did the forward bend with legs crossed. Next time I'll do figure 4, as I think that really gives me a good stretch. Love the explanations and pace of this one!

Since I've recently been falling asleep during longer sessions (a good problem to have, I guess!), this length/sequences kept me moving enough, stretching the body - and I stayed awake! 😀

Felt so good tonight - just what my body needed at the end of the day! Managed to stay awake at the end of practice - but just barely! 🙂
