This session seemed to fly by - it flowed so well! I really enjoy the music background - it helps me be more mindful of the poses & my surroundings, not distracted by other sounds.

So nice to end my day with this practice. Easy, clear instructions for the poses. Thank you for this gift!!

Sometimes I put a bolster or a small pillow under the back where it lifts off the ground. I also really like reclined butterfly, which I find much easier to do putting my feet together rather than laying straight. A pillow or bolster under the knees helps a lot too. I also don't love to lie flat on the ground! :)

I'm so glad to have a bolster now - and used it in half & full saddle (supported, like the photo).  Also used it under my knees in corpse pose, which makes that pose more comfortable too. Really felt the energy moving during & after this sequence!
