So relaxing for me, I'll do it in the evening next time! 🙂 Thank you for the suggestions using the block. I could really feel the target areas when I did so. I can do saddle pose with the block in the highest position under my head - so thanks again for the suggestion. I am always amazed at how much my body releases over the course of a pose!
