Probably my new favorite - wonderful and perfect for my regular evening practice!

I really like this pose too - I hope it can be incorporated often in other sessions!

I used my new bolster to get into half saddle, and that worked well. I don't think I'll ever like full saddle (even with props I struggle), but your explanations of all of the various props/variations is so helpful!

Agree with Marta! This is my favorite archetype so far - I love twists - they feel so good! Twisted root is definitely my fave - and I definitely felt the energy in the rebounds!

My favorite would be the (misnamed!) half butterfly. I agree with Suzy - that tip really helped with legs up the wall!

Loved this practice! I also really like butterfly - I usually end practice with that position rather than star, as it's most comfortable for me! Thanks again for all of the explanations!!
