Made sure I had plenty of time this afternoon to do this longer practice - it was lovely! Always enjoy the variations and how they can change for me depending on the day!

Loved this short(er) practice - perfect at the end of the day. Really enjoyed the humming.

Great suggestions for using blocks (& a bolster at the end under the knees) - the poses really targeted the areas when I used the props. So helpful! I will continue to use a bolster under my knees when lying on my back - so much more restful for my body than just lying without a bolster!

I'm glad you wrote "for morning...." in the description and I had time to try it in the a.m. Glad I did - I would have woken up during my usual 9PM+ evening practice time! Thanks for this different practice today!

Hi Susan! I'm originally from Minneapolis too! I just moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico for good (!) in October! Glad to see you here!

I wondered if an hour would seem long tonight, but it didn't! A wonderful practice. I'd like to learn more about the(se) meridians - do you recommend any readings or books on these?

Now that I have a bolster I was looking forward to this practice - and loved it! In in-person restorative classes I've taken in the past, the bolster seemed to always be part of a more complicated pose set-up, with blocks, add'l bolsters, etc. These poses were simple and so relaxing with just the addition of a bolster! I also like having quiet music in the background!

I think it just worked for me that if I did a class that wasn't on the calendar for the day and then added it to the calendar, it still counted toward my streak!
