Fell asleep 11 minutes into the practice yesterday, woke up to a different pose 5 minutes later, so trying the practice again tonight a little earlier! Apparently my body found this restful after a full day! :)

My cat is totally jealous of yours being outside! Mine gets brief escapes onto the sidewalk and sometimes the parking lot! :( He does have a pet tent....which he often thinks is a pet "trap".

This is a real photo of my cat tonight at the end of a 20 minutes DD yoga practice! He is soundly asleep- something that usually happens to me at the end of most sessions!
