This was an amazing practice. Loved it all - and the vagal activation! I hope to experience more of that in upcoming sessions!

Loved it! Hope to use some of these stretches throughout my (desk job) days!

Loved this! So relaxing - just what my body needed in 15 minutes!

I can't do it either. For me, it has to do with bone structure and I'm just not built that way! Maybe that's you too?

Forward bend always feels good to me - also neck rolls! :)

Carolyn Gaeckle sometimes I put a bolster under my hips/ abdomen and that helps me with sphinx.

I have trouble with pigeon pose too. I put a yoga block underneath the hip with the bent leg and that seems to help.

I'm a huge fan/believer of yin yoga precisely because our bodies are different and there are so many variations available to us. Devi, you are such a wonderful guide in this practice!

When I see you, Devi, leaning back in saddle, I just can't imagine my body being able to do that! I'm very flexible, but structurally it's off limits to me. I do like your suggestion, Rebecca, to try those variations. Those were just in ar recent video on the calendar as well. Thank goodness for variations!

There's more than one- haha- but saddle is the pose I just can't do. I can sit up right but my arms get tired when I try to lean back. Definitely skeletal limitation. And when I say lean back, I mean just enough to bend my elbows.
