I really appreciate your explanations of the poses and variations. Sometimes the most simple of the variations is the most effective for (my) body!

Hi Hanne - My heritage is mostly Swedish & my last name is Norwegian!

Really enjoyed learning more of the foundations and each pose. I did figure 4 - square is impossible for me - and I got a great stretch in the target area. Thx for reiterating that our bodies are different and some poses don't work for us! ;) 

My square always looks like a cricket, (and doesn't feel good!), so I do figure 4.

Though I've liked other instructors, you are the first person that I have really embraced and stayed with. Yin has become my regular daily practice now!
