I was looking for something that would help me with my perimenopause restlessness and sleeping issues. After the first Yin yoga session on your YouTube channel I had the muscular tension of a well-cooked spaghetti and slept like a brick . Now, after some months, I feel a lot more flexible and comfortable in my body and I have re-learned to relax if I feel that my muscle tension is too much due to stress, etc. So glad I found you. 😊

Hi, I live in Germany, where the weather currently feels more like Spain. 😄 My (current) favorite Yin poses are Folded Wings and Side Twist.
