Cross-legged with a yoga cushion. But if I can choose I like lying down on my yoga mat to feel the connection with the earth.

Oh, interesting. This is exactly the same for me. Pulling back instead of trying to bend my upper back gives me a very satisfying stretch of the shoulder blades.

I love Instagram to get knitting, crochet amd exercise ideas and stay in contact with my fellow mermaids. But this thing is such a time sink! I made myself an app timer with 30 minutes per day.
