I missed your soothing, beautiful voice when I started the practice but then I very much enjoyed this practice. The silence helped me to immerse myself into each pose and let go of tension.

I do workouts two times a week (dumbells, fitness bands, body weight), swimming once a week, mermaiding every other week. And I only go by car if I cannot avoid it. Otherwise, I walk or go by bike (with or without e-, depending on distance, time or terrain)
