Great practice, on which time seems to fly by.  This one had a real mellow feel to it.  I noticed a deeper relaxation in my shoulders today.  Also my half saddles weren't half bad, so I pleased the half good parts. 😁.

Perfect... Simply loved everything about this practice as it allow me to drift away in the sensations of my body.  Finishing with that vagus activation, Devine.  Bless you Devi...

I think if I was stuck on an island with only one DDY video this would be it.  I could actually feel the fascia stretching and love blending "settling in" with a meditative mind.  Already tagged as a favorite I assigned it to a new playlist, Best - Long

Taking a cue from Toni Vandyke I found this soothing routine, although wild baby is not my best move.  really got into the multitude of moments.  Ending with Sutra 40 (excerpt):

Delight in this entire universe

As permeated with divine awareness,

And every area of your body,

Your feet, your face, your shoulders,

Made out of divine awareness.

So I had just responded yesterday to "What’s one pose you avoid."  I laughed at myself and took it both as a sign and opportunity.  Using blocks and care throughout I found the benefits.  This Hatha combined with a slower pace of movement was perfect.

Oddly forward bends and squats. Unless mindfully done as they can hurt my knees.

Great little set.  For me release was best found in the shoelace/eagle arms combination.  👍

I hope folks don't shy away from this one due to the time as it will be well spent.  Loved the long stretches and gentle music.  I was a bit proud of my saddles and careful variations.  My body felt so good. Planting trees today so this was a great start.

This wall practice surprised me. With that steady support, my body found its way into deeper, more balanced poses without the familiar pressure points. It felt as though a great band of tightness finally loosened. The renewed ease across my back and shoulders is almost beyond description. Thank you for guiding me to the place my body needed in order to heal.

So many amazing moments through this practice.  One which stood out for me was rolling panda, which I often feel a bit much after thread the needle, but doing it on its own was wonderful and the suggested head adjustment perfect. for me. Such energy in the spine...simply Devine.  This was great.
