I'm amazed how time flies by in this practice and others.I am learning to find my sweet spot to work through the stretches.  Love hearing the sutras as a preamble to the practice.  I definitely appreciate the guidance along the way.  Another Favorite!

This one spoke to me this morning so I jumped ahead.  After a couple of day's yard work I love working out the tensions.  Two power outages yesterday had me setting up the generator twice so I could feel the response in my arms and chest.  I might need to wear my hearing aids as when not looking at the screen the high sounds of Devi's voice I lack.  Loved all the poses and all the options suggested.  I have a dear friend that lives in Arizona so the scenery made me think of her.

Well wasn't that fantastic....  At the last minute I had to run someone to a doctor appointment so I missed the live stream, but totally enjoyed the practice on return.  I love how you guide us to explore within the poses.  I found so many areas that needed attention and others that felt new.  Traveling mercies on your trip.

Loved this one.  Especially like the arm movement in the warm-up period.  Such a wonderful flow which really got me in the mood.  Great time in the stretches too, with cues on where to adjust and how.  This was a fantastic series.

I loved this practice.  I felt so "in the moment" throughout, which gave me more awareness in deepening the poses, while working around areas of concern. The soft suggestions made each pose more meaningful and exact for me.  At the end....wow!  I was a ball of energy and my spine is still pulsing.

I feel as though I can sense and control the energy in my spine. Somewhat like a cold shiver of air but not unpleasant.

#8 - This one was so yummy.  Great stretches across. the lower and then sweet recovery.  It really helps being guided to the target areas we should reach.  I finding the poses that require my patience and rework.  I know consistent practice will hold advances.

#7 Wonderful set of long, lingering stretches.  Enjoy the tingle of growth I feel when in a deep stretch.  This was a more gentle practice, yet one that called on balance and strength.  Peaceful pauses throughout....love it!

Yin #6 - Still following along with this set and each is getting tagged a favorite, with this one no exception.  Enjoy the gentle guidance that is so learned.  The time spent in the extended stretches, gives get time to find and focus on the target areas.  I read one of the Radiance Sutras each morning before practice and I have to tell you, this is starting to feel like a love affair with the Universe.
