This was a great practice with lots of stretches lingering with the breath.  Liked the soft, detailed guidance throughout.  I am learning to blend my own boundaries with poses I need to adjust, yet still exploring pushing them ever so slightly today.  This one is a Favorite of my Favorites.

#4 Seemed to last 2 hours, but luscious they were.  Enjoyed the time in each pose while finding variations of my own at times.  Love how using our intuition and awareness is encouraged throughout.  Particularly like that Devi is work'n it right along me.  I could feel the energies blend.  My thighs and hips are feeling it in new places.

Yin #3 Week #1 - Great work with the hips.  Appreciate the detail in pinpointing our target area while adjusting the pose.  Also noting the aftereffects of these sessions as the muscles feel the work, and they so compliment the hot tub very nicely.  😀

Week #1, Yin #1:  Body is all a buzz.  I feel so full of energy.  My wrists were a little stressed in the longer #4s, but they will adjust with practice.  As always love the instruction, letting me know the target area, and working it with the breath.

I loved this meditation and the insight and instruction.  Afterwards I immediately order The Radiance Sutras.  My mind does constant reruns of a few events I have trouble moving past.  Maybe there is something more here to learn about mySelf.  I simple love the Spirit here.

This was a wonderful meditation and experience. I immediately ordered the Radiant Sutras as a gift to myself. What an incredible discovery through you i am finding mind and body. 

I was looking around and found this yummy set of poses for the tummy.  I had problems in the past that better diet, exercise, portion control, and timing all have helped, but it's always good to have a goto when things go awry.  I particularly like the detail of what organs we were focusing on and the direction move of the that would benefit.

Amazing!  I listened to this meditation when I found myself awake last night, a common issue.  I was transformed increasingly until at end I was....in a very deep rest.  I laid there and savored the state, then two hours woke, refreshed.
