Looks like a wonderful Wisdom Journey!  I need to dust my bike off and hit the road...

Nice compliment for the morning after a visit of friends over for the evening.  Learning to let go more and more.  Love the banana stretches and time spent there.

I've been a member for a little over a year and simply love Yin.  it  is woven into my life.  Retired I've picked up a few new habits, drawing, photography, and gardening is a passion.  I have an acre so it keeps me busy.

Restful night, stressful morning, Yin with Devi.  Life like the tides of the ocean.  Love the child pose right & left stretches.  Figure fours targeting just the right spot.

This was a great practice.  Love blending the breathes with my moves.  I hope to make these sessions more often.

This gentle flow allowed so many great stretches throughout.  The work on the neck and shoulders especially appreciated. My Tinnitus was stronger today, but with breath and distraction it moved into the background.   I included a shot of my view when I am not watching Devi....

Lucid dreaming was as chaotic as yesterday so it took some time for my mind to settle in.  The big "however" was with each pose and repeated breath it eased away.   Going from Fig 4 to twisted roots is a unique stretch for me and one with a lot of potential.  Using props throughout is really becoming a learned and natural benefit.  I know now just where to place them, micro adjust, and work with so many poses including half saddle.  I thought about how important it is I start me day with you Devi.  Thank you.

I too have learned to divide tasks over time.  Yin helps me balance the activities.

This was a great practice for this morning.  Love slowly working with the breath and the moves.  I did pinpoint the area where my knee would have felt past pain when we were in cobra and then reached behind, grabbing the foot.  I didn't have my strap handy, but will in the future to gently work this area.  I also plan to determine what exact tendon I am effecting.  My eye caught the beach at times and it was beautiful.
