I loved this routine, but have to mention it ends with 1:23 minutes of savasana left.  I might have laid there all day.  😆 Great full body exploration. Great guidance throughout.  You have a way of making me go deeper and relaxing.  It's something I am finding I cultivate on my own more and more.

Always needed.  Even with my yard work I found places that needed attention.

I did this one again this morning and created a playlist called "Night."  🙂

Woke up in the middle of the night and decided to experience this practice. My body was feeling the effects from the No Kings activity of yesterday. Surprised at the amount of tightness found. Valuable practice when sleep is evading me.

Couldn’t sleep so decided to spend a little time on the carpet. Very gentle and relaxing poses finding many spots of tension. Heading back to bed.

Sutra 44

Rivers of power flowing everywhere.

Fields of magnetism relating everything.

This is your origin. This is your lineage.

The current of creation is right here,

Coursing through subtle channels,

Animating this very form.

Follow the gentle touch of life,

Soft as the footprint of an ant,

As tiny sensations open to vastness.

Power sings as it flows,

Electrifies the organs of sensing,

Becomes liquid light,

Nourishes your entire being.

Celebrate the boundary

Where streams join the sea,

Where body meets infinity.

Lovely practice and so good reaching the tight areas.  A gentle flow into poses where one could then deepen time in the stretch.  A felt a longing to stay in so many poses.  My half saddles were better as I am learning to position my body with more exact focus on the target area while finding where my body needs to adjust to accommodate.  A sutra end, icing on the cake.

I really just ended a flu/sinus cold episode yesterday, so this a very beneficial time spent with my face, although I realized I probably should have shaved first.  The humming vibrations were telling too as I could find the imbalance and adjust through using the tongue.  I'm now ready to FACE the day!!! 😀

Classic fascia love fest.  Micro deepening into the positions with each breath.  I like tadpole/thread the needle positions as they seem to lend more ease to me.
