Happiest of holidays Devi!🎄🙏

Fantastic time on the mat.  Each breath a compliment to the pose.  Saddle and half saddle my way, felt so good.  Care taken to be mindful of my knees and making micro adjustments to move attention to the desired target area.

Perfect bliss and peace. You have such a gift Devi and one you give away each day.

I found thoughts in meditation pondering how I could give the gift of time to you and to others. It comes down to appreciating the moments cherished, realizing how fragile life is. You give so much of yourself. Take some of that time for yourself.

Yet another Favorite.  Loved the long stretches that let me go a bit further in many.  Attentive to the deepening relaxation with each breath.  Finding the busy day flirting, then flittering away.💗

What I’d appreciate most is deeper, more authentic relationships. I sometimes struggle to find like‑minded people, so I’m hoping for more connection and more harmony with the people already in my life

This was incredible!  So much goodness in each pose.  I am really understanding more how to relax and deepen into each.  My shoulders and back, reengineered from the past, reached at so many levels of healing.  I reminded myself to mention modified puppy pose with elbows, reaching tightness stored.  The energy at the end, massive.  Spoken to on a hidden plane.  You have a gift which you share.

I found I really like (and benefit) working with blocks during dragon.  I keep a cushion under my knee as they tend to hurt at times.  Also an insight for me today was while in twist, I found so much tightness in my pectoral muscles.  I placed a block for the hand to rest upon and the allow me to target each more directly.  I think I found a place were I have been holding tension for years.  Very meditative finish...

Such a rich practice today, one of those sessions where time just disappears. For all the dragon slayers out there, once you find your position and settle into the target area, the ease and benefits will unfold. Take it slowly, listen to your body. Rest on your elbows if your wrists need support. Most importantly, don’t miss out on this beautiful stretch.

Back to a beloved practice today. The session offered wonderfully relaxing stretches that opened up my sides and back while easing my shoulders. The guided relaxation at the end was truly divine.
