Whew!  Glad I didn't ask you. 😉. Seriously "when I was younger" spans several decades now.  I hesitate less, and take more immediate actions in life.  I think I am more understanding and accepting of others as well as myself.  I've learned to say no as well, and without the need of explanation.

I loved this practice, the long periods in position.  Wonderful neck, shoulder and spine work.  The birds calls throughout were amazing.  I so grateful that you forged this path for your life, and thankful even more in that my path has crossed yours.

If one of your goals is to bring joy Into another's life, you've succeeded.  "Better" was the word that kept resonating as I found target areas that probably hadn't "stretched that way" in decades, and now ones I could "get into", both physically and mentally.  With a slightly odd frame, due to an accident, I discovered today that a pose I always struggled with, puppy pose, required I move one arm slightly higher in front of me while on the mat.  It made all the difference.  Targeting the reconstructed area is....amazing.  You've helped me make my life better.

I grabbed this one, as I needed a quicker practice this morning.  Quicker, but with so much energy.  I loved the flow, my flow, with this hatha routine.  My arms seem to be gaining strength in the right places as I held cobras effortlessly and puppy poses felt natural and good.  Loved the neck work at the start.  Everything just perfect in this flow.

Followed this little interlude to start my day.  Energy awareness really grew as the practice progressed.  Your Oms at end blend well with a little voice yoga have started.  I like harmonizing with you...and the universe of course.

A morning where my mind just wouldn't wake up, so to the mat I went.  Complications in life trying to pry their way into the stillness, but yet the sleepiness, the the breath and stretches slowly changed all that.  The slow stretches revealed noticeable progress over the time spent with you, with Yin.  Props and position accustom now to what is needed next, for me to work those target areas.  Life's complications come and go, but the stillness is always there, waiting for us.

I love this one!  "Gentle and few are the moments we two can share."  Such an easy flow, yet one which delved deep into the back and all its connections.

It was all mental this morning and landing on the Gentle Somatic Yoga practice as perfect.  Of course throughout the physical was reaping the benefits.  I truly use many of the practices as meditation focused periods in my day.

I've found a "lazy" dragon I do when it seems right.  As long as I feel the target area I find a comfy position, especially one off my wrists.

Revisited the favorite this morning. Long, slow, to the ground.  Letting the mind find rest and the body a cleansing movement.  Sutra #55 fitting into the end of practice so nicely.

Sit in any relaxed, comfortable pose.

Experience the earth below

As insubstantial, a pillow of air—

Air that is always vibrating,

Minute particles in ecstatic motion.

Poised here,

No support below, no support above,

No support for the feet or hands,

No support for the mind,

Be completely at peace!
