This caught me by surprise as there was immediate work with the knees. I've learned to focus on the muscles which control the knees, not the knees themselves, and to move slowly and mindfully. I haven't experienced the benefits of qigong so was looking to notice them. I need to do more research.
I was ready when the yin kicked in as I spent some time on the bay yesterday kayaking. I love the counter balance of Yin with the Yang of my life.
