I noticed I felt this in my shoulders immediately after practice.  I liked understanding how this benefited my knees.  Keenly aware of them through moves, it felt good to find those which aid them.  Relaxing into the tightness I found, always a pleasant surprise.

Fantastic!  I am finding deeper, more mindful movement within my poses.  I was semi-sleeping and meditating last night and "saw" and felt the fascia around my thighs and hamstrings.  It was like a diagram out of a medial book.  Loved this practice.  I've also learned how to care for my knees and avoid strain in them.  They've felt great lately.

After a great deal of Yang yard work yesterday, I found this the balance needed.  Stretches came much easier today and rest, the still times, was where I seemed to spend my time.

Such an incredible rush of energy through my spine at the end. I love how the mind seems to open, making space for rest with each gentle exhale. There was such clear insight into where to feel each pose, so honest and authentic. Balance found. Calm found. A beautiful way to close the practice.

What a wonderful way to close the year. A thick fog softened the world, leaving only the silhouettes of trees as I let my breath weave through each movement. The music swayed in perfect harmony with the practice.Today reminded me that simply finding the target is enough, over time, the poses deepen and take on new meaning. Puppy Pose has always been a tight challenge for me, yet this morning I felt myself move more deeply into my shoulders than ever before. I’ve found real healing in Yin. And I cherish every morning I spend on the mat.

I loved the strong core focus today, and felt real healing opening through my shoulders. That familiar tingle and gentle inching of release was right there. The flow was beautifully balanced, active yet contemplative, and it invited me into deeper exploration in such a rewarding way.

"Pleasing" Using the breath in poses, letting it travel up and down my spine.  Allow each breath it time to deepen the pose, to sense the effect.  Meditative...

Lots packed into a few minutes. Felt great afterwards. Going to return to this one often.

Smooth with time passing quietly by.   Great time to stretch deeper...and the breath moving, easing...  Beautiful way to start the day.

The first gift I opened today was your practice Devi.  Body, mind and Spirit awakened again as are with so many mornings.  I listened to the essay by Paul Grilley on the Nei Jing Tu last night and as you guided my breath, I knew the peace, I felt the energy. Thank you for adding something good to our world.
