The upside down shoelace made me able to stretch the outside of my left hip like never before ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™

Blanket because itโ€™s so versatile: you can lie on it, cover up yourself, roll it into a bolster, fold it into a cushionโ€ฆ๐Ÿ’•

I had my bolster near by today and really enjoyed being able to relax into the saddle pose. In fishpose I used my hands as props, then I felt uncomfortable with the weight of my head hanging loose and put a block under for head support ๐Ÿคฉ

I love this course and am excited for tomorrow ๐Ÿ’•
