Thank you Devi itโ€™s good to have shorter options for busy days. Now that I am used to (and enjoying) longer holds a minute seems very short. The long holds seem almost meditative โ˜บ๏ธI am grateful for the option.๐Ÿ’•

Thank you Deli I ended up in full saddle without props; but had to come out of it before time because my thighs were burning.

My whole lover back, hamstrings, front of the thighs and hips feel very soft now โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’•
