Am I the only person in the Devi Daly Universe that doesn't really like Dragon Pose? It's my least favorite pose, I know it's always coming, and I always do it, but does anyone feel like I do? I'm wondering Devi, do any of your students feel the same way? I like the way it pushes me and encourages me and I always get through it but isn't there maybe another option? lol......Regardless, I love the class and thank you Devi for always giving me inspiration. ❤️💙

I've already started going back and rediscovering all the Yin practices from a couple of years back. Forgot how delicious and nourishing the live streamed Yin Yoga classes were. It feels like the first time all over again. GRATEFUL 🙏 and I love the backdrop..........TY Devi!
