New in the App: Streaks & Badges!

I’m excited to share two new features we’re trying out in the app:

📅 Streaks – Your practice days are now automatically tracked in the Calendar tab. You’ll be able to see how many days in a row you’ve shown up for yourself.

🏅 Badges – These fun, motivational awards appear when you hit milestones:

  • 3-Day Devoted Seeker

  • 7-Day Steadfast Practitioner

  • 15-Day Master of Consistency

  • 30-Day Luminous Leader

Let’s set a collective goal to begin our best streak yet starting October 1st. Whether it’s 3 days or 30 days, every streak is a celebration of your practice.

This is a brand-new experiment, and I’d love your feedback as we launch it. Try it out, see how it feels, and let me know what you think in the comments.

It’s been a while since I made a longer Yin video since I’ve been hard at work creating enough 20-30 min sessions for all you daily practitioners. But if you’re one of my diehard yinsters who’ve been asking for a longer session, here’s a new 60 min class to deliver you into bliss and spaciousness — with luxurious pose holds, an on-screen timer, and optional props for deeper support.
