It was a total delight to film this week's new Sunday practice at the beach. It's been a while since I shared a yoga video in nature, and I really love how this one came out. Join me for a divinely slow stretch aside a towering cliff, immersed in a soundscape of ocean waves and shorebirds.

I have exciting news about a project I've been quietly working on for the past year. My first "book"—the Chair Yoga Deck—is finally available to order.
This deck is your key to healthy movement – wherever you are, and whatever your level of ability.
This deck makes a perfect addition to your home wellness toolkit, and it also makes a great gift item.
It can help build confidence in your body while supporting you in establishing an easy self-care habit. Chair yoga is great for older adults, desk workers, and anyone looking to bring a healthy habit into everyday life.
The deck has big, beautifully illustrated cards for diverse users. It includes a booklet to guide you through the basics, plus 30 suggested sequences categorized into 5 difficulty levels, from beginner-friendly to more experienced.
How We Made It
For this project, I teamed up with illustrator Kate Francis whose skillful hand brought out the details of the poses, making them clear and instructional while also representing the diversity of people who will benefit from this practice.
We were incredibly lucky to team up with Penguin Random House, who published the deck because they saw that I have 25 years of experience teaching yoga with an emphasis on making yoga accessible to all ages and ability levels.
Why Ordering TODAY Matters
With this being my first-ever publication, I'm told that your early orders and reviews will make a HUGE difference to the success of the deck. They determine so many things, including whether large retailers will stock the deck in-store, how many copies bookstores will order, and whether mainstream media outlets will decide to cover a book about chair yoga.
You can order NOW from Amazon or any of the bookstores on the Penguin Random House page, or you can call your local bookstore and ask to order there.
Thank you!
I so appreciate the support I receive from this community every day. Thank you for watching my YouTube videos, subscribing to my app, leaving comments, and sharing the videos with family and friends... this stuff matters so much and it's the reason I keep doing it.
This has been a secret unti...
