I’m here for the Yoga.

Thanks for reminding me of this blog post and video! There weren't too many of my regular followers who liked all the huffing and puffing and jumping around, so I guess you're part of the niche crowd...

Welcome Jaana, So glad you're here and ready to prioritize a gentler approach to self-care!

Welcome Nejla, I'm glad you're here!

I'm glad this session has reminded you of the healing potential of your prior QiGong practice along with other techniques you used successfully in your stroke recovery. Thanks for practicing with me and for sharing your reflections today!

Request received! I'll think on incorporating neck and shoulders into the next sequences.

It's great to hear this from someone who's been with me on this journey from the very beginning. Thanks for all your support, Laura!

Welcome, Pattie - glad you're here!

Oops, there were technical issues with the recording and it needed to be re-uploaded. It's fixed now - my apologies to those of you who tried to watch the bad version!

Happy belated birthday, Bob!

Hi Melanie, Apologies for my late response on this but yes, if you search the site for "hips," any of the practices for hips will have at least a partial focus on the region of the outer hips and external rotators. That's usually the culprit in sciatica.
