There's a variation of seal with a cushion/bolster under the ribs that I've shared in some videos. This can help relieve the pressure on the arms. Alternatively, you can try experimenting with the position of your arms and hands. In yin, there's never an exact alignment you're supposed to follow, and instead you're encouraged to follow your instincts about what feels most supportive in your unique anatomy. Let me know if you have any luck finding a more easeful variation!

Tadpole stretches the groin. It's indeed a mild or non-stretch for some people. If you're wanting to feel more, you can always open your feet out into frog.
