Really enjoyed learning more of the foundations and each pose. I did figure 4 - square is impossible for me - and I got a great stretch in the target area. Thx for reiterating that our bodies are different and some poses don't work for us! ;)

My square always looks like a cricket, (and doesn't feel good!), so I do figure 4.

Hi Pamela! I hope you enjoy this new community! Devi is such a wonderful teacher, and I always feel relaxed when I finish a session with her. Welcome!

Welcome, Sue! I hope you find this community what you are looking for. Devi is a wonderful guide and her yin practices are so relaxing!

Exactly what I needed tonight before bed - thank you - such a gentle nourishing practice!

Enjoyed the (recorded) practice - so glad you mentioned the hamstring cramping! I get that if I try cat tail or similar moves - don't even try them now because I experienced cramping in the past. I'll have to try strengthening my hamstrings! I am a runner, but could try add'l moves. Thanks as always for this sequence!

This is honestly my favorite practice of all!  Thank you for this beautiful relaxing session!
