A wonderful practice as I wind down for bed. I really enjoy these sessions with chanting and working with the chakras. Thank you, Devi!

This was such a wonderful practice! My 3rd day "back" into a regular practice after my readying for and moving 1,300+ miles - trying to get back into a schedule again - this feels so good to be here again! Thank you for this class!

A wonderful stretch here in my hotel rooom on the bed! Ready for the day ahead!

I love this one - gentle poses, yet I really felt the tension release. Thank you! Perfect length for before bed.

Loved doing this! I took Martine's suggestion & placed my hands over the chakra areas to feel the vibrations when chanting.

Loved this sequence! Flowed so well. Perfect before bed (my usual time for yoga!) As always, thank you, Devi!

A relaxing practice before bed (my usual time for yoga!). Always appreciate the variations of poses (like figure 4 instead of square) - still feels great! FYI - I'm really flexible but square is nothing I'll ever be able to do - I'm just not built like that! Does anyone else every feel that way about a pose or poses?!

Thanks for the question, Tammy Ray, and video, Devi! I'll also check that video out. I had a yoga teacher say that our hips are built differently and some of us just won't be able to do certain poses. I feel the same about this pose. Blocks can really help, but I just do what I can and know that my hips rotate differently. Would you agree, Devi?
