I loved the incorporation of blocks at so many points today. I realized today that the blocks actually helped me feel the poses where you indicated I'd feel them - when I (usually) don't use them, I feel stretching but not as much as I did when I used the blocks. They were so helpful!Â

Thanks for the option of butterfly for saddle. I don't think I have a body structure that will ever enable me to get into saddle, even though I'm quite flexible, so it was really nice to have an option! The opening of the opposite leg (as Stefanie said) enabled me to do a supported half saddle. Really enjoyed this practice!
