Nice blend. I felt strong, except my balance, which was off on my left side, and not good overall as usual.  Loved getting into the yin at the end, but also finding I can work with poses in yang better when applied there as well.  “This body is made out of heaven, out of the infinite sky stretching away in all directions.” #69. This As I thought about our practices, "We meet in the same place, yet from different directions - coming from the same point but with our varied paths. The past feels so near, almost although yesterday, yet it belongs to a time decades ago."

Just what I needed this day.  Benefited from these back, chest, thigh, and shoulder actions.  I noticed the books stacked in the corner and wondered what else you might have for reading and reference.  I also noticed that with the turn of the page in the Resonate Sutras, tomorrow will bring me to #69.  Sort of a mini-goal I've been waiting for, as Devi mentions it as a favorite.

I'll fit the new practice in tomorrow, today was a revisit to the beginning.  I love how the gentle guidance lends itself to deeper meaning and experience.  Finding tension where I thought I'd little, moving slowly into the beautiful place of stillness.  So many places I could have lingered.  Then a savoring of the sutra "...the glistening emptiness, the reality behind appearance."  Thank you for brushing away the thoughts I had arrived, and taking me once again down this path you have found.

A little quicker pace than I expected, combined with some new moves, but I'll be ready the next time this one rolls around.  Worked well with my blocks as I am learning when to grab and where to place them for them for "me".  A great way to greet this day!

Exploring the sensations with Devi and a bolster. What a beautiful gift. If ever asked if I believe in heaven I can simple tell them, sure, I've already been there...

As always, love the detail on where to focus and finding our own target areas for the day.  I'm on a deck painting project at home so it was so nice to reach those places that needed it.  I look so forward to the days of practice with you, and starting each day with a sutra.  ❤️

After my night of visually seeing the Northern Lights the inspiration and Energy still present, this time was amazing.  One with All, with Love, such a part of me.  My eye closes I saw the endless Universe.  I moved through an Infinity Breath blending the words with ever so gentles moves.  Thoughts would come, but just as easily dissipate as I returned to the flow.

Devi Daly I woke last night with aches and a stiff neck after my busy day.  I sat down on the carpet of my dark room and played "May 7, 2024" again, remember how great it was to pay careful attention to stretches of the next and shoulders.  I made it about half way through and knew it was time to return to rest.  A little gratitude in the middle of my night.

After a day of lot work and power-washing the deck, this was perfect.  Great stretches just where needed.  I must of done this one before as it was Favorited, but I hadn't commented.  Sutra fit beautifully into the send off into another day.

Super nice, mindful stretches.  My back and shoulders, neck and hips feel so good.  Such a wonderful compliment to the yard work and projects I am working with.  Simply perfect!
