So the "the nymph named Ambrosia" found as part the moment, "...Invite attention to be within the skin, and, Cherish the quiet shimmer of vital energies. When you notice an inner gateway, Enter with love, as one coming home. As the surge of light-substance rises. Follow it up into the space between the eyebrows, Where it breaks out as an orgasm of light." Let me cherish life as I do my mornings with you Devi.

I've really improved on my half saddle.  Still doing it "my way" but my body is definitely getting deeper into the posture.  Stretching across my back and shoulders is really helping me target areas that had to recreate themselves after my past injury.  I like to remind myself, of when in desperation, I told myself "it will never be the same, what's the point" and that I now find was wrong.  Different a bit, even better perhaps in ways, but definitely learning a lesson in never giving up.

My back is still vibrating.  Loved guidance using the blocks during this routine. Easing into the poses, so amazing.  Finding sensations in the body, in the moment...

"Learn to let go..."  This was the resounding inner voice through this practice.  "let go.." through every deepening, blending the sensation in my body with the soft voice of guidance.  At the end I smiled as you told me on the third breath "Now let it go..."  A beginner every day, a beginner every moment...  "Dissolve into freedom"

Between books so found this practice to experience before rest. Energy and heart beat, soft words, wonderful exploration in the nothingness...

Wonderful routine and I noticed so much improvement from when I first started.  I've said it before, I really enjoy this part of my day and I know I carry it into the rest.  Love getting into the guidance with every little suggestion.  Even staying in harmony as we chanted Om together at the end.  There were points I had to be mindful of in the past, and ache in the knee or elsewhere, but noticed today those were gone, so I settled into the poses a bit more.  Learning to let go... Saving meditation for later I searched on "bolster" and found this gem.  Easy flow which really allow me to stretch out in the poses.  I found myself in meditation nonetheless as I drifted into these moments.  The secret of life whispered into my ears with each breath.  🌀

This was a great one for my shoulders.  Working on areas if past injures lent to the fact that time does heal, along with yoga of course.  This like many I just didn't want to end.
