They all seem to tagged as favorites, don't they.  My hope is one of the "big changes" Devi makes will allow us to create our personalized playlists.  That would be so helpful.

Started practice with some lower back stiffness, so this felt perfect today. I found using props during the dragon variations really helpful. I’m learning about a unique characteristic of my body that requires some compensation. Transitions between poses felt a bit quick and challenging, definitely need to slow those down. The twist to the left after dragon revealed some soreness, or perhaps new growth, in my recovered shoulder. Surprisingly, I’m starting to enjoy figure four, which I didn’t expect. I realize now that I was aiming to bring my ankles too far up instead of allowing them to rest naturally between the leg and thigh. Great practice today, especially with the sutra reading focusing on the breath.

I’ve noticed “likes” are not an option which notifies commenters when selected. Most sites have this feature.

Working with a bit of a strained back and shoulder (new growth) and this practice was ideal.  I love it when they pop-up within my reality.  I'm still rather amazed how I can "feel" the energy so directly now.

I found it so interesting, the brief mention of "stretch reflex".  I had a similar running mishap as you, but in my case my foot cause the bolted barrier mount and I went immediately from horizontal to vertical, landing on my shoulder.  I see there was no time for my reflex to activate.

I like the move from half frog to a twist, it really is a ringer.  Even when I do a more yang series of poses I find the I want to linger, getting stretched out in a pose is so beneficial.

Devi Daly It’s so wonderful to know. I may have been mistaken in thinking that even Likes send a notification, but perhaps you were just adding a little something as a comment. Knowing that you’re reading them means so much to me, it’s become an important part of my experience, something I’ve grown accustomed to. I can’t imagine starting my day without yoga, and sharing it with you in your own way is deeply meaningful to me.

So gentle I had to counter with ground prep for my wildflower garden.  But this put me in the mood.  I like the fact that my one knee that had been providing as sharp little pain at times is finally healed.  Attention and grace the keys....  And I really like the little moves with windshield wiper.  I am finally getting to where I like those moves.  I think my hips are loosening up enough for me to enjoy them.

Wonderful way to start the day!  A great way to end our 21 day series.
